Process for referring a student to be tested for gifted, art, music, or theatre:

Parents need to let their child's homeroom teacher know they want them referred to the SBLC committee to be screened for gifted, art, music, or theatre.  Someone from the SBLC committee will contact the parents to inform them of the next step.  The only students that aren't referred to SBLC are the ones that already have an IEP.
